Ten truths. its companion God, I’ve Got Questions: 10 Bible Studies for Women Workbook and When I Met Him I am the mother of four fabulous humans, an inspirational conversationalist, author, and international educator. She has twenty years of experience as a teacher, coach, and advocate for underserved and diverse populations. Although she has worked within the state, federal, and international arenas. Her story mirrors so many untold stories of little girls who survived and thrived despite growing up in the projects of Georgia. she survived childhood sexual abuse, lived with a single-parent mom who battled drug addiction, and so much more.

She had to deal with and get rid of guilt, shame, low self-esteem, self-condemnation, and limiting thoughts and beliefs. It took some time and a few good coaches and mentors to help her learn to be vulnerable, transparent, and honest with herself and others. Now, She shares her personal story of resilience, faith, and heart work in order to help other women to do the same. She created Speak Up Sis for herself and others – a safe space to openly share and talk – real, raw, and authentically. Speak up Sis, LLC creates spaces for everyday people to acknowledge, own, and give voice to truth, so they too will give voice to their stories in their own, unique way.
